PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)

Physical Vapor Deposition is a low temperature technology that allows us to directly apply thin film over chrome plated plastic parts without any deformation. With our fully computer controlled system, we can achieve high reproducibility from cycle to cycle.

This process is used to achieve unique variations of gold, brass, bronze, and silver as well as more traditional gray and black finishes. We are continually adding additional color families.
