SRG Global utilizes "team-based" program management. The Program Manager is the point of contact on the program and they coordinate all functions
in the corporation to successfully launch the program.
SRG Global has a fully-equipped development area with machine
shop, environmental chambers and CMM layout equipment.
SRG Global ensures program integrity through the use of a "Gate Process".
